Voranmeldung

Die Voranmeldung ist die einfachste und günstigste Möglichkeit, an der kompletten EJC teilzunehmen: über das Voranmeldesystem der EJA kann der Teilnahmebetrag in den meisten Ländern - u.a. Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz - bequem auf ein inländisches Konto überwiesen werden. Die jeweiligen Kontoverbindungen finden sich auf den Flyern bzw. im online-Voranmeldesystem.

Alle vorangemeldeten Jongleure erhalten ca. 2 - 3 Wochen nach Ablauf der Voranmeldefrist per Post eine Voranmeldebestätigung mit ihrer Voranmeldenummer. Gegen Vorlage dieser Bestätigung gibt es dann vor Ort das Badge (=Eintrittskarte für die EJC), Galashowticket und weiteres - Voranmeldebestätigung also unbedingt zur EJC mitbringen!
Nur wer sich voranmeldet, bekommt sicher ein Galashowticket

Die Voranmeldung endet am 31. Mai, bis dahin müssen die Anmeldung (online oder Postkarte) und der Teilnehmerbeitrag eingegangen sein!

WICHTIG: die Voranmeldebestätigung muss an der Anmeldung bei der Convention vorgelegt werden!

    Canceling preregistrations:

 The directive on cancellation of registration was decided on 7.9.2001 in the EJA-Business-Meeting 2001 in Bremen (Germany):
 I. Pre-registration  money for the EJC can be returned in full if the EJA is presented  cancellation in writing before the deadline of registration.
 II. In case of cancellations coming to EJA after the end of the period of registration but before the start of the event, to be decided on a case by case basis.
 III. No cancellations will be accepted that arrive after the start of the event.
 
 In case of cancellation of a pre-EJA trying to pay the full amount. Please keep in mind that EJA reserves the right to reduce the amount returned in the special case of the occurrence of other costs (bank transfers, credit cards, or other).
 
 To cancel a registration, write to local representatives, their contact details are in the proof of registration.
